The 6th Collaborative Development Project with Family Lodge Hatagoya & Co., “Nirasaki” Franchise Will Open

American-style roadside hotel developer, Hatagoya & Company will open the “Nirasaki” franchise in December, 2007 .

Hatagoya & Company has been developing franchise hotels nationwide, through investment participation by and in collaboration with RISA Partners. The Nirasaki hotel would be the 6th franchise RISA Partners collaborated with Hatagoya & Co.to develop.

Hatagoya & Co., is planning to open another franchise on a stie adjacent to Dannoura parking area along the Kanmonkyou Expressway. This project is a collaboration with West Nippon Expressway Company, Ltd., and is expected to open in the spring of 2008. This particular project is a new attempt by the involved companies and is expected to contribute to the business growth by boosting a new demand.
