The 5th Collaborative Development Project with Family Lodge Hatagoya & Co., “Makinohara” Franchise Opens

American-style roadside hotel developer, Hatagoya & Company opened its Makinohara franchise today.

Hatagoya & Company has been developing franchise hotels nationwide, through investment participation by and in collaboration with RISA Partners.
The Makinohara hotel is the fifth franchise RISA Partners collaborated with Hatagoya & Co.to develop, following the Tokyo Shinkiba hotel which opened in March last year, and the Chiba Katsuura hotel, Sukagawa hotel, Iwaki Nakoso hotel, all of which opened this year.
