Notice of article publication regarding Kokuba-gumi

Okinawa Times today published an article about Kokuba-Gumi’s business re-development. Kokuba-Gumi is Okinawa’s largest construction company RISA Partners has been assisting in its development.

On the 6th, (Okinawa) Prefecture’s largest construction company Kokuba-Gumi (President: Yukikazu Kokuba) announced its restructuring plans to substantially reduce its interest debt. Some of their actual plans include 3 billion yen capital increase by issuing precedence stocks to third-party investors and preparing 15 billion yen fund for their subsidiary company The Terrace Hotels to conduct liquidable business as movies and eatery.
