Notice of Completion: Capital Contribution to the Bank of Nagasaki, Ltd.

As announced on August 3rd, 2007, RISA Partners formed a strategic business alliance with the Nishi-Nippon Citybank and the Bank of Nagasaki. Today we completed the hand-over and the payment of preferred stock previously issued by the Bank of Nagasaki.
RISA Partners will strengthen our base in Kyushu by developing various inverstment banking businesses and continue to contribute to the regional economy.
(1) Recruited stock type: Bank of Nagasaki Type A preferred stock
(2) Number of recruited stocks: 5 million shares
(3) Amount paid: 1,000JPY per stock
(4) Total amount paid: 5,000,000,000JPY
(5) Allotment and number of shares: RISA Partners 4 million shares, Nishi-Nippon Citybank 1 million shares
