Fukuoka Branch of IR Loan Servicing, Inc. Opened

RISA Partners’ subsidiary company, IR Loan Servicing, Inc. opened its Fukuoka branch and the Fukuoka Contact Center in October, 2003.

Based on the special deferred method, IR Loan Servicing collaborates with ACOM Co., Ltd. to act as a unique entity providing services in debt collection. At the Fukuoka branch, in addition to the special deferred payment debt collection, we are placing our efforts on attaining account receivable and unsecured loan deposit request call services as well. By establishing a contact center parallel to the branch office, we are able to bring together and efficiently practice our services.

As for deposit request call services, we are looking to our know-how as a servicer. As an out sourced entity handling small scale debt collection agency, we are attracting much attention already and receiving service requests from regional banks.

In the future, we plan to expand our business to other regions and develop other branches in the country.
