R3 Kawagoe in Full Occupancy

RISA Partners’ Second Space Redevelopment Project, R3 Kawagoe, located near Hon-Kawagoe station, is now in full occupancy.

This is a renovation project we collaborated with Klein Dytham architecture. The original building housed a pachinko parlor, game center, and staff dormitory. The newly designed project houses retail spaces from B1 floor to the 2nd floor, and rental designer’s apartments on 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.

RISA will continue to vigorously pursue real estate redevelopment projects through our R-projects in the future.
