Hiroshima Business Revitalization Fund

RISA Partners Group and its affiliate, I.R. Loan Servicing Inc., has set up a corporate revitalization fund with Hiroshima Bank, capitalizing on our experience in similar projects which range from due diligence, asset management to corporate advisory.

This Fund is one of the “Region Specific Corporate Revitalization Funds” we have been promoting. It will invest in small and medium-sized companies in Chugoku and Shikoku area, so regional financial institutions could better manage non-performing loans while trying to revitalizing borrowers’ business. Inter-creditor negotiations will be simplified as the Fund, as a single creditor, represents a significant part of borrowers’ financial debt. RISA Partners, Inc. will be involved in the planning and enactment process of the revitalization projects and smoothen those borrowers’ resuscitation.

We are now in the process of creating another one or two of Region Specific Corporate Revitalization Funds.
