Alliance with Shiga Bank on Shiga Fund (Nikkei)

The real estate and finance venture company RISA Partners is partnering with Shiga Bank Ltd on corporate recovery funds for regional businesses. RISA is already partnering with Hiroshima Bank and Kita-Nippon Bank and this would be the third. They will collaborate on finding recovery initiatives and restructure planning strategy.

Plan is to invest towards the first initiative this month. RISA will take over the Shiga Bank’s affiliated client’s shares at the actual cash value. They will raise the profitability by restructuring and make a profit redemption.
