R3 Kawagoe, Our First R-Project Completed

RISA Partners’ Second Space Redevelopment Project, R3 Kawagoe, is nearing completion.

Located near Hon-Kawagoe station, the original building housed a pachinko parlor, game center, and staff dormitory. The newly designed project will house retail spaces from B1 floor to the 2nd floor, and rental designer’s apartments on 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.

Designed by a well-known progressive design group, Klein Dytham architecture, most notably known for Harajuku La foret renovation and Idee Workstation, this is the first apartment building design by KDa and is attracting a lot of attention.
