R-project Hacchobori Completed

RISA Partners’ Space Redevelopment R-Project, Floor and Walls Hacchobori, opened.

Taking a poor-marketable property, and collaborating with IDEE R-project team, well known for their Roop and “rewind exhibition” at Tokyu, we successfully renovated the building into an office building suggesting a new work style and lifestyle. The newly designed project will house retail spaces on B1 and 1st floors, SOHO office space on 2-5 floors, and apartments on 6th and 7th floors.
