TSE Mothers listed real estate and finance venture company RISA Partners announced yesterday that it has agreed into alliance with the Daishi Bank Ltd to collaborate on corporate recovery for regional businesses. This is the forth alliance with a regional bank that RISA formed on corporate recovery funds.

RISA establishes a fund using investor capital and loans; and with that fund, they will purchase non-performing business shares at a reasonable price, which then makes a profit at the redemption after finance and business restructuring raises the value of an enterprise. The Daishi Bank will share its know how on restructuring as well as sales of the shares they own. Specific initiatives are being considered at this time.

RISA regards its relationship with regional banks to be key and has allocated a group company to provide debt disposal services. It has already formed alliances with Hiroshima Bank, Kita-Nippon Bank, and Shiga Bank on similar efforts.
