Notice on Strategic Investment towards a Growing Enterprise via “RISA Corporate Solution Fund”

RISA Corporate Solution Fund signed a contract with Home Improvement Hirose Co., Ltd. (HI-Hirose) today on assumption of preferred shares as a third party. HI-Hirose develops and currently manages 18 home improvement centers (some including food products sales) in Oita and Kumamoto.

HI-Hirose plans to develop a 9,000㎡ “SuperCompo” store offering general merchandise and extensive food products. RISA Partners will assist and support maximization of HI-Hirose’s business value by sharing our group’s various know-how.
