Notice on Relocation of Osaka Shin Kabukiza Theatre

The general agreement was reached that the Shin Kabukiza Theatre, which RISA Partners group participates in managing, will relocate to a multi-use commercial building (in Uehonmachi, Ten-noji-ku, Osaka) planned by Kintetsu Corporation.

The current “Osaka Shin Kabukiza” theatre property (in Nanba, Chuo-ku, Osaka) and its usage after the relocation – including redevelopment - shall be taken into a serious consideration to maximize its potential.
