Notice on Informal Appointed Sponsorship towards ALPICO Group

RISA Partners came to a basic agreement with the ALPICO Group, which includes 19 companies such as Matsumoto Electric Railway Co., Ltd., on a business sponsorship role. Using the RISA Corporate Solution Fund, RISA Partners will assist ALPICO Group’s business restructuring plans and will assume maximum of 2.5 billion yen as a third party business sponsor.

RISA Group will fully capitalize on various know-how on business restructuring and will assist ALPICO Group by partnering with the Hachijuni Bank, Ltd. Our subsidiary company, Frontier Management Inc., will dispatch board directors and will not only be involved with the business restructuring plans, but will also support planning of management schemes and strategies.
