Notice on Grant of Stock Options (Stock Acquisition Rights)

RISA Partners, Inc. announces its board meeting held on April 11, 2008 to issue stock acquisition rights as stock options to employees of RISA Partners.

This year, RISA Partners celebrates its tenth anniversary since founding. Having welcomed new employees who were employed fresh out of university for the first time since founding in this past April, stock acquisition rights are to be issued as stock options to its employees for the purpose of increasingly heightening corporate value by raising the motivation and morale of employees in enhancing RISA Partners’ business performance so that RISA Partners will be able to make great leaps forward in the next decade as well.
