Notice on Stock Option (Share Warrants) Grants

At the Board of Directors’ meeting on November 14th, 2007, a decision was reached to issue share warrants to RISA Partners employees as stock options. Aspiring that this would elevate the employees’ motivation and ambition towards business growth, we aim to further raise our business value and share interests with our shareholders.
