RISA Capital Management Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of RISA Partners, Inc. , today announced the conclusion of a contract with Hallo Foods Co., Ltd. for the underwriting of third-party allotment of ordinary shares, preferred shares, and bonds with stock acquisition rights (total amount: \1.7 billion).
