Notice on Temporary Accounting Auditor

As of July 31st, 2007, our accounting auditor, Misuzu Audit Corporation, will resign. Following this decision, at the August 1st 2007 Auditors meeting, we plan to assign Ernst & Young ShinNihon Acounting Auditor, to be our temporarily accounting auditor.
