Launch of RISA Corporate Solution Fund II(November 5, 2009)

RISA Partners, Inc. announced the expansion of the investment total in RISA Corporate Solution Fund II Investment Limited Partnership, a corporate investment fund managed by RISA Partners, to ¥21.725 billion. Since its launch in July 2008 with a total investment of ¥5.0 billion, the Fund has grown steadily. With the recent participation of several domestic pension funds as new investors, the investment total has risen an additional ¥7.575 billion, to ¥21.725 billion from the previous figure. Offerings for additional investment in the Fund were closed with the above investment.
