Launch of RISA Corporate Solution Fund II

RISA Partners, Inc. today announced the launch of RISA Corporate Solution Fund II Investment Limited Partnership (“Fund II”) with a major domestic institutional investor.

RISA Partners launched the first RISA Corporate Solution Fund in September 2006, and since then has administered and managed this fund with a final investment total of \21.85 billion. The company has now launched a second such fund, Fund II.

Backed by the investment capability enabled by the launch of Fund II, RISA Partners intends to meet growing market demand for its solutions services while also accelerating the growth of its investment business.
