Notice of a Large Real Estate Acquisition through a Collaborative Investment Scheme

Our special-purpose company, operated and managed by RISA Partners, today formed a contract to purchase the Honmachi Building in Osaka. The building is located in one of the central business areas in Osaka’s Chuo-ku called Sakaisuji Honmachi.

RISA Partners group will endeavor to raise the value of this newly acquired property by fully maximizing on its prime location and matching it with our know-how on real estate.
