Announcement of Partial Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

RISA Partners, Inc. today announced that it will submit to the 12th annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on March 25, 2010 a proposal to partially amend its Articles of Incorporation based on a decision made by a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 23, 2010.
