Notice on “Himuka Revival Fund” established with Miyazaki Bank

RISA Partners, its 100% subsidiary company RIFAS Inc., and RISA Loan Servicing Inc. today concluded to enter into an alliance with Miyazaki Bank (President: Isao Satoh) on corporate recovery business. All participating parties also agreed to establish a corporate restructuring fund, the Himuka Revival Fund.

Miyazaki Bank is the largest regional financial institution in Miyazaki Prefecture and holds the entire prefecture as the client base. Proactively setting up business management support for their clients, the bank is well known for its vigorous efforts on corporate advisory.

In April of 2005, Miyazaki Bank announced the establishment of “Contiguous Regional Financial Promotion Plans” and it is steadily growing the corporate restructuring business. As exemplified by the newly established fund’s name being inspired by Miyazaki’s ex-country name “Himuka,” RISA Partners Group and Miyazaki Bank will honor the region and shall endeavor to revitalize its economy.

Currently RISA Partners is working with over 50 regional financial institutions from Hokkaido to Okinawa on corporate alliances and fund establishments. Furthermore, corporate restructuring fund establishments and management at the government and the public levels are taking place in Ehime, Saitama, Okinawa and Chiba prefectures. We view the Himuka Revital Fund establishment to be the reflection of appraisal on our vigorous efforts in corporate advisory arena.
