Notice on FY2007 (year ending December) Forecast on Dividend Increase and 10 Year Anniversary Commemorative Dividend

Thanks to your continued support, RISA Partners will celebrate its 10 year anniversary this July. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to our shareholders and all others. As announced previously, the forecasts of FY 2007 are anticipated to significantly exceed our initial forecasts of FY2007.
Therefore, it is our pleasure to announce the increase of the ordinary dividend prediction to 1,500JPY per share at the end of the period. In addition, we are adding 300JPYdividend per share in celebration of our 10th year anniversary; thereby revising the annual dividend to be 1,800JPY per share.
