Endowment of Shares from Board Members to Employees

RISA Partners President Atsushi Imuta and Executive Director Misuzu Imuta endowed a part of their shares previously owned by both Imutas to RISA Partners employees with hopes to raise the morale and the enthusiasm of the employees as shareholders.
