Notice on a New Service Department structured, corresponding to the Enlargement of Investment Banking business

RISA Partners offers services in corporate restructuring funds, developments of collaborative investments in real estate, management of loan credit and equity investments towards growing enterprises. Furthermore, RISA Partners today disclosed of the Corporate Value-Up Fund with the support of the domestic institutions investors; and our investment banking business is growing in numbers and in quality.

Given the current situation, “Investment Management Department” will be installed as of October 2nd, 2006 to further enhance the investment department that was re-organized back in June.
