Announcement of Appointment of Candidate Directors

RISA Partners, Inc. today announced that the Company will submit to the 12th annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on March 25, 2010 a proposal for the election of the following persons as candidate directors based on a decision by a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 23, 2010. The Board of Auditing directors has agreed to the nomination of the candidate auditing director.
