Notice of Capital Participation towards the Maruya Co. Ltd.

RISA Partners came to an agreement with the Maruya Co. Ltd. (listed on 2nd section on Tokyo Stock Exchange,) on a business sponsorship role. Using the RISA Corporate Solution Fund, RISA Partners will assist Maruya’s business restructuring plans and will assume maximum of 1.2 billion yen as a third-party business sponsor.

RISA Group will fully capitalize on various know-how on business restructuring and will assist Maruya’s quick recovery. Our subsidiary company, Frontier Management Inc., which specializes in small business recovery, will dispatch board directors and will not only be involved with the business restructuring plans, but will also support planning of management schemes and strategies.
