Memorandum Signed with Kokuba-gumi on Collaborative Business

RISA Partners formally signed a memorandum with Okinawa’s largest construction company, Kokuba-gumi, on collaborative business development.

RISA Partners so far have been assisting Kokuba-gumi to structure radical business models for rebuilding their financial foundation. Recently, we have assured the recovery of their financial foundation to a healthy status, therefore decided to shift our approach to one that is more proactive and aggressive. With this signed collaborative business memorandum, RISA Partners and Kokuba-gumi will continue to work together on developing collaborative projects to revitalize the regional economy in Okinawa and to contribute to enrichment of tourism for the city.

Furthermore, our credit investment towards Kokuba-gumi is growing greater than our initial expectations, and we are expecting partial asset capitalization as early as this fiscal period.
