RISA Partners signed a letter of understanding with the Takakuragumi Group (led by Takakuragumi Co.,Ltd.) on financial restructuring strategies which include refinance arrangement of existing loans and other financial assistance.

We handled numerous corporate recovery businesses, real estate investments and real estate mobilization businesses in the past. But with Takakuragumi Group’s possession of over 100 billion yen worth of real estate each in and out of the country, our involvement in its real estate refinance, salable assets, and real estate advisory business beyond the border will exemplify the growth of our investment banking business both internally and externally.
