Notice on Business Alliance with The Saihokukan Hotel

RISA Partners’ subsidiary company Good Resort, Inc. today concluded to enter into an alliance with Nagano Hotel Saihokukan Inc. to manage the 116-year-in-operation hotel, The Saihokukan Hotel in Nagano.

The Saihokukan is a long-established hotel representing Nagano Prefecture with a history of 116 years of operation, and is located between Nagano Station and the national treasure temple, Zenkou-ji. It is also closely located to the prefectural government office, therefore welcomes many eminent guests and is popular among the locals.

This alliance combined Saihokukan’s brand image based on its history and its excellent client profile together with Good Resort, Inc.’s management know-how and wide network, and will continue to further develop the hotel’s growth. In addition, RISA Partners is considering an investment towards the hotel, as well as dispatching a managing director in order to solidify the hotel management base and to strengthen the closely knit ties with the RISA group. An announcement regarding the investment shall be made upon decisions of the details.
