Notice of Concerning Acquisition of Own Shares

The decision was made, at the board of directors meeting on November 12th, 2007, that aquisition of own shares shall be conducted on our common stocks.

This purpose of aquisition of own shares is to improve the standards for shareholders’ return and the capital efficiency, as well as to execute an agile capital strategy that responds to the changes in the managing environment.

(2) Total Number of Stock to be Purchased: 10,000 shares (max.) (3.59% of total common shares available)
(3) Total Purchase Price: 1.5 billion JPY (max.)
(4) Acquisition Period: November 13, 2007 ~ February 29, 2008
