Notice on Strategic Business Alliance with the Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Ltd. and Nagasaki Bank

RISA Parters signed a memorandum to form a strategic business alliance and provide solution services to the Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Ltd. and its clients. RISA also came to an agreement to establish a corporate value improvement fund, the “Kyushu Corporate Solution Fund.”

In addition, RISA Partners signed a memorandum on service and capital affiliation with Nishi-Nippon City Bank’s subsidiary company, Nagasaki Bank.
