Notice on Asset Acquisition

RISA Partners, Inc. announces today the acquisition of the following assets via a tokubetsu mokuteki kaisha (special purpose company) managed and operated by RISA Partners. RISA Partners will pursue the opportunities for the joint development of the office and hotel complexes with the third parteis, and thereby expand RISA Partners’ real estate business.
