A Joint Investment Project with Soros Fund

RISA Partners, Inc. and its president, Mr. Atsushi Imuta, have reached the preliminary agreement with Soros Real Estate Investors to jointly seek opportunities to invest in commercial properties in Japan.

Soros Real Estate Investors is a real estate fund run by Soros Real Estate Group, which is under Soros Fund led by a world renowned financier, Mr. George Soros. By combining a vast global network and a strong financial resource provided by Soros Group with profound experience and a network accumulated by RISA Partners, Inc. in the real estate investment in Japan, both parties plan to strategically position the joint investment project and maximize the profit opportunities from a long-term viewpoint.
