RISA Partners concluded an temporary real estate lease contract (15 years) with Komehyo Inc. of a large commercial building, “Daini Musashino Building (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo,)” that RISA acquired via joint-investment with SREI (Soros Real Estate Investors.)

Fully maximizing our asset management skills, we took the building’s prime locale and strong characteristics into consideration to attract an excellent and appropriate tenant, and succeeded in turning it around to be a high profit making building.
