Notice on Business Alliance with Daito Bank

RISA Partners and its 100% subsidiary company RIFAS Inc. today concluded to enter into an alliance with Daito Bank (President: Hideyuki Nose, Kooriyama city, Fukushima prefecture) on corporate restructuring.

Stating “the Community Bank Closely Tied to Regional Economy” as their long-term business vision, Daito Bank operates mainly in Koriyama city and holds the entire prefecture as the client base. In October of 2004, Daito Bank established the “Fukushima Recovery Fund” with Toho Bank and has been developing corporate advisory. This business alliance further strengthens the network in Fukushima.

The alliance also marks the 50th financial institution RISA Partners has concluded on collaboration. Fully utilizing our wide range of financial institutions network and maximizing on our know-how on corporate restructuring services we accumulated, RISA Partners will continue to further vitalize regional economy.
