Notice on Corporate Recovery Fund Establishment with the Toho Bank

RISA Partners, Inc. and its affiliated company, IR Servicing Inc., in conjunction with Toho Bank, established the “Fukushima Reviｔal Fund,” which will assist in restructuring of small and medium businesses based in Fukushima prefecture.

This marks the 6th corporate recovery fund we have established in alliance with regional financial institutions. The Toho Bank is an influential institution, acting as the chairman of the Regional Bank Association of Japan. We regard this fund establishment to be a reflection of appraisal on our past track records.
