Notice on Management Participation towards Osaka Shin-Kabukiza

RISA Partners announces the enactment of management participation towards Shin Kabukiza to look after all of Shin-Kabukiza’s shares that previously belonged to Daiei Inc.

Fully maximizing on our know-how on investment banking services, we concluded to assist Osaka Shin Kabukiza by participating to manage the owner company, Shin Kabukiza Inc.

Specifically, RISA Partners SPC plans on looking after all of the shares and the financial debt and dispatching a director and an auditor.
