Completion of Payments for Class 1 Preferred Share by NEC Capital Solutions Limited

RISA Partners, Inc. announced today that payments have been completed as scheduled for Class 1 RISA Partners Preferred Share by third-party allotment, in accordance with a resolution made at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 9, 2009 for the issuing of the Share.
