Notice on Establishment of Web Marketing Company and Launch of “PingMag”

RISA Partners, Inc. announces the recent decision of the RISA Partners Group to establish a new web marketing company, Yes! Communications (Official Name: Yes Communications, Inc.), as well as the launch of PingMag, an online magazine that is already drawing attention from various quarters.

Yes Communications, Inc. will be established as a company 80% owned by RIFAS, Inc., a RISA Partners Group company, and in which Tom Vincent, winner of numerous advertising awards for web projects of leading Japanese and overseas companies, will have a 20% stake.

Marketing is one of the key elements of corporate management and marketing using the web will likely become an indispensable tool for today’s corporate growth and turnaround.
