Notice on Signing of Syndicated Loan Contract

RISA Partners, Inc. announces it today signed a syndicated term loan contract for the total amount of 4.5 billion yen in total with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. as the arranger.

This syndicated loan has been arranged in for flexibly responding to the anticipated increase in loans receivable investment projects hereafter.

Giving due consideration for financial ground stability and shareholders’ maximization, RISA Partners will continue to pursue business growth by steadily seizing investment opportunities that target loans receivable and real estate.
