Notice on FY2005 (year ending December) Dividend Increase Prediction and Dividend Distribution Commemorating the Listing on First section at Tokyo Stock Exchange

Today, at RISA Partners Board Members meeting a decision was reached to increase the FY2005 (year ending December) dividend prediction to JPY 1,200 and add the JPY 300 dividend distribution commemorating the listing on 1st section at Tokyo Stock Exchange, therefore revising the FY2005 dividend prediction to JPY 1,500 per share.
