Notice on Stock Options Offering

A decision was reached today to propose at the March 30th 2006 Shareholders Meeting that stock option share warrants would be offered to all RISA Partners and its subsidiary companies board members, auditing officers, staff and new prospective employees.

Stock options offerings to board members, auditing officers, and staff would heighten each member’s participation awareness towards our business and would raise the morale and further the commitment of each employee towards business growth.

Share warrant for stock options and the normal shares capped at 650 shares maximum.

Execution of rights is limited to period between April 1, 2009 and March 31, 2012.
