Notice on Private Placement Bonds

RISA Partners today acted on finace procurement through issueing privately placed bonds.

The fund raised with this privately placed bonds will be allocated towards our group’s real estate funds, corporate recovery funds and other self-financed real estate business growth needs. RISA Partners has been raising funds so far via bank loans and increasing capitals by public offerings, but this privately placed bonds enables us the diversification and the stabilization of our procurement methods.
