On December 12th, 2005, we announced our upward revisions on earnings estimates, we achieved substantial growth in real estate investments, real estate-related services, corporate-related services. On cumulative base, we’ve witnesses a great leap in our sales and profits: Revenue 9,152 million yen (102.2% increase from previous year) Ordinary Income 2,507 million yen (125.3% increase from previous year) NOI 1,379 million yen (119.5% increase from previous year)
