Notice on FY2005 (year ending December) Mid-Year Financial Results Brief and Dividends Prediction

RISA Partners today announced the FY2005 (year ending December) mid-year financial results brief and dividends prediction.

As announced on August 2nd, 2005’s upward revisions on our financial results, FY2005 June mid-year period witnessed a significant growth especially in real estate and corporate-services-related businesses which led to the results as follows: consolidated revenue 2,605 million yen (53.7% increase from previous year,) consolidated ordinary income 835 million yen (98.0% increase from previous year,) and consolidated NOI 483 million yen (97.5% increase from previous year.)

Given the constant growth and reinforcements of business and financial foundation, the dividends prediction is estimated to be at JPY 1,000 per share at the end of this mid-year period.
