Hayato Investments Inc.
RISA and SREI announced the formation of a joint venture company, Hayato Investment Inc. in September 2004.
Hayato’s mission is to pursue real estate investment opportunities in Japan.
Versatile resources from both sides will be fully integrated to the company to be able to market various opportunities.
RISA Loan Servicing, Inc.
In April 2005, RISA has acquired all outstanding shares of Yashio Servicing Co., Ltd. from Ashikaga Financial Group, Inc.
With its experienced human resource, know-how and strong franchise, RISA is to establish region-specific, loan administration and servicing platform, focusing on corporate revitalization.
It has changed its corporate name from Yashio Servicing Co., Ltd. to RISA Loan Servicing, Inc. on June 2006.
RISA Partners Okinawa, Inc.
In August 2006, RISA Group established RISA Partners Okinawa to develop various businesses focusing on Okinawa, making use of RISA’s accumulated real estate and financial business know-how. Going forward, RISA Partners Okinawa is going to develop businesses related to corporate finance and real estate.
FRONTIER MANAGEMENT Inc.
FRONTIER MANAGEMENT, Inc. was established in January 2007, as a business reproduction / M&A advisory company who are experts in various specialized fields of corporate management administration. FRONTIER MANAGEMENT, Inc. deals with a wide range of company needs and utilizes know-how, Risa Partners’ network, and capabilities in order to maximize business.
K.K. F&B
F&B is a real estate company specializing in property management and tenant representation.
F&B is in charge of RISA’s property management.
Super Deluxe
Administration of a cafe and event space in Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo. This is a unique space created by tying-up with young and energetic designers.
