RISA, in partnership with Grove International Partners (ex Soros Rael Estate Partners), has been actively pursuing large scale real estate co-investment opportunities in Japan. In addition to our extensive network with financial institutions and corporations, and ability to assess fair value of underlying assets, RISA takes advantage of the abundant capital and sophisticated financial technology of Soros Real Estate Investors to pursue even more efficient and attractive investment opportunities. As to smaller investment opportunities, RISA undertakes principal investment. One unique example is our “R-Project” in alliance with prominent designers, which transforms non-performing properties into performing assets by adding value with innovative ideas to revitalize the space. This project attracts special attention from the mass media.
