Standing near Naha city’s historical main street, Kokusai-dori, at the entrance of Ukishima-dori is our “R3 Ukishima” project, designed by the radical architecture designer, Klein Dytham architecture. Clad by a facade using the “Ai Miyazato” motif, it is an unique commercial building.

Part of the lower section of the building and the tower (1F-4F) house “aicafe54,” a cafe dedicated to professional golfer, Ai Miyazato. The rest of the lower section are filled with 4 individually unique retail stores.
